Yes - when I was an appretice I told someone in authority about the poor pratice and rule breaking. I was an apprentice nursery nurse and could not sit back and watch the staff completely ignore rules that are there for good reason. Children would be left on their own, not changed, not supervised and most of the staff just couldn't care less. There was a documentary on a few years ago about the state of private day nurseries, and I can tell you that that isn't the half of it. I don't work in that field anymore, but after what I saw I will never, ever put my children in a nursery.

Whilst working as a nurse two staff were abusing the clients, this had to be stopped.

Yes, I can't go into details but if you let bad working practise to continue, standards will fall and you're just as much to blame as the perpetrators.

I dont do normaly and the rare occasions i have done it is only when somebody is putting themselves in serious danger or somebody else
