Yes, it is safe for you to wander around after 11pm.
But no one can guarantee you if it is REALLY safe, coz dangers are everywhere, no exceptions for Singapore too.

Even Singapore has been 1 of the lowest crime rates countries, some baddies are still out there hurting the innocents. Just a word of caution, always be on your alert and set your vigilance & awareness higher. It is always safe than to be sorry, am I right?

Have fun in Singapore and I'm sure there shall be no dangers or mishappens in here, you'll have a wonderful & pleasant trip!!!

Generally yes. And this answer becomes NO the moment you speak of places like Geylang, Changi, Desker, as these are the well known red light districts in Singapore.

And pls apply street smart, anywhere.

And that really depends on your purpose and place where you're at. If you mean most nightlife places like pubs, and clubs, they are generally safe because there are a lot of other people around. Taxis are also abundantly available for the drinkers and drunkards. These men-behind-the-fiercest-wheels-in-singapore will send you home at your doorstep before you know it.

If you are heading to secluded areas after 11pm, and you really gotta do so, PLEASE! PLEASE find yourself a partner willing to go and risk your their lives with you. (I mean can't you go there in the day or earlier in the evening?)

Totally, just use common sense, don;t go walking through dark parks late at night. I often travel that time, those areas are safe. Remember, lots of cameras, they don't need cops patrolling everywhere, they ahve people monitoring the cameras instead.
In one part of town I went walking around at 3am, and I never felt so safe anywhere else in the world.

Singapore have a low crime rate, but doesn't meant no crime. Safe or not all depend where you stay out. As a gal, I believe you should know how to protect yourself. If alone after 11pm, try to avoid quiet and dark place.

Extremely safe. In fact so safe that sometimes I go out of my house at 3am to walk to the 7-11 to buy beer. No problem! You can see the policecars patrolling the roads.

depends on where you are, girl... red-light districts are a big NO. otherwise, the town area should be just fine. don't travel alone, though. low crime doesn't mean no crime. better be safe than sorry.

If there is any one city in the world which is safe to stay out late in it is Singapore. Just don't take any chewing gum with you
