Their 15% percentage is very low and we should do something to increase it, because there are women who worth to be leaders! I have a presantation with this topic and i would really appreciate if i could get some good answers. Even if you don't agree with me please let me know. I think what matters is the personality and political views of the candidate. But if you advertise for good deodorants (or more exotic things), it might be helpfull for you in convincing people to vote for women at the same time. I would like to draw your attention to the fact I mentioned deodorants, so it can't have anything to do with Hitlery Clinton...
