The teams had to create a 45 second Webisode commercial for Soft Scrub Deep Cleaning Foam with a cliffhandger ending.
James steps up to lead Arrow as the new PM. There commercial has two candidates (Tim & Nicole) who are hot for each other in the commercial with a 2 part ending. He asks her to marry him (that had to be uncomfortable for Tim) and she has a job offer in New York. That's their cliffhanger.
Kinetics has a problem with Muna because she doesn't want to work behind the scenes as suggested by the PM, Kristine.
The commercial has Muna (who mumbles when she speaks) working in front of the camera with Heidi. The commercial didn't really show much branding and the executives noticed that and they couldn't follow the story line.
Arrow was choosen as the winner and their rewards was to fly to speak to the Governor of California.
Kinetics went to the boardroom and the team had a had time deciding on who they would fire. So Muna asked Heidi who would you work with from the results of the past challenges. Heidi finally said Kristine.
Muna made a huge mistake putting herself out there and she was FIRED!
