I've often wanted to get revenge on the man that shot my Mum 19 years ago. When it first happened the pain of her death was so raw, I would have done anything to see him suffer. I used to fantasise about being locked in a room with him and torturing him, but not killing him. i just wanted to see him suffer.

Over the years, the need for revenge slowly went away as I realised nothing could bring my Mum back. The man also had a young son and I would never want another child to suffer like I did. I think the murdering b*****d has to suffer every day knowing that he took a life in cold blood and I hope my Mum's terrified face as she lay there dying haunts his memory forever.

Unfortunately he only served a few years in prison (he also killed my Mum's friend) due to the pathetic justice system in the UK. I believe what goes around comes around and he'll get his comeuppance.

I probably wouldn't. But if I did I would let it simmer for a long time to the point that they thought that the threat of revenge was totally neutralised and they stopped worrying about it. To the point that they would be saying; 'That's so unfair, that was so many years ago and I am a different person now'. I hate it when people think that their recently changed personality forgives them of all their previous sins. Piss off, it was you, just then.

I would be very creative about it and do something that was hurtful only to that person that would devastate them. Revenge needs to be something personal and something they would hate.

And it definitely needs to be served up cold.

1 Sign up their e-mail to get spammed out of the universe.

2 Snail mail them XXX-material to their name and workplace, Care of the secretary/mail room.

3 Report their car and license plate as a car that has been driving erratically/drunk.

4 Put a add in the paper for an official name change to go with their sex change operation next month.

5 Get a guy person in Vegas to say they were paid many times for relations and drugs.

6 Take pictures of the person and post sexual predator warnings in their neighborhood.

That should be bad enough or worse than you could ever need to go.

well the best revenge is to do even better at what ever it is that you do, b/c its a known fact that for me that revenge is so much sweeter when the person you hate can see that whatever they have done to you that made you mad has no effect on you what so ever, it ticks them off. so i would advise just being extra happy extra flirty extra whatever! and whenever you may cross paths just give like a shake ur head smirk at them and keep it movin. i luv it

ignore the people saying don't bother with revenge, do bother as it will make you feel really good!

can't really suggest any methods, as I don't know the person involved or the situation, all I can suggest is that you keep within the boundaries of the law, it won't taste so good if you end up being prosecuted.

Tempting, enticing, satisfying but shallow, leaves no difference between the abuser and the victim..

Deep breaths, enhanced levels of tolerance and the thoughts of having the credit of letting go on my personal balancesheet.

Ignorance is bliss!

ITS PROBABLY NOT WORTH IT BUT IF U MUST U HAVE TO LEAVE IT FOR A WHILE SO THEY THINK THEY GOT AWAY WITH IT FIRST. MR WOLF IN STAR TREK SAYS REVENGE IS A DISH BEST SERVED COLD. IF UR GONNA GET SOMEONE WATCH SOME VIOLENT MOVIES FIRST.

letting go is easier said than done. I would pour old used cooking grease all over the winshield of their car, when they try to wash it off the cold water will just bead off of it, they will have a hard time getting that off! But don't get caught!!!!

Revenge never solves anything, you just have to be the bigger person in this situation and just let it go. Otherwise your going to end up getting hurt more than you are now. Please, just let it go!!
