How to call a man who married when he was very poor, and his wife and he started a business, and that wife worked for 12 hours a day for years and years, and then, when she was closer to 50, she got ill and went to the hospital; and while she was there he picked up a 20 years old women, threw wife's things out of the house, and went travelling, leaving her to die in the hospital if she wishes, or die on the streets, if she survives?
