Becareful when you say Visayan or Bisaya. Bisaya is a general term for the languages/dialects spoken in the Visayan archipelago.

Cebuano (based in Cebu Province) is the major Visayan dialect in the region followed by Hiligaynon or Ilonggo.

when u say visayan, its kinda like you were referring to a lot of dialcts spoken in the visayas areas...these were the cebuanos, the ilonggos, boholano...etc...basta daghan siya...you refer to the one who answered here about what he wrote about how to say gud morning using the 3 dialects...

maupay nga adlaw-waray
maayong aga- ilonggo/hiligaynon.

Lain2x man cya gud. pero ang pinaka major kay ang cebuano because it is spoken in mindanao.
