Will PS3 bought in UK operate OK in Europe (France)?

I am buying a PS3 in London for my grandson & we are taking it to my house in France for his holiday. Will it work in France?

It should work. Those countries use 220 V and they both have PAL games. The only difference is the plug.

no problem at all, u just buy that thing as i did.
