i wigh 115 pounds and next to my friends thats fat, so how do i lose some of it

Exercise everyday like jogging around the block
Skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
Eat fruits at night if your hungry.
Drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

That is no way fat! If you are really worried about it just make sure that you eat sensably and do a lilttle bit of exercise--get you heart rate up for 20 minutes. I wish I only weighed 115......

115 lbs is not fat but if you would like to look more toned then i reccommend exercise

control your daily calorie intake and exercise.
that's the most effective and long-lasting way to lose weight.

tk food in small portions, eg rice with veg and 1 meat. no greasy fries & burgers!
