what are some good previous employment areas for a bartender to have?

customer service jobs but what other types of jobs help

I would think hospitality ( waitstaff,host/hostess, concierge) to show you can deal acceptably with people, and cashier work would probably be good to, so they know you can handle the responsibility of money. they would probably like to see some sort of security work on your resume too

It might help to have a job in a bar that serves food.
