PLEASE don't do it - why risk infection, pain, and scarring to look awful? OK, so I'm an old fogey, but I've just got to try and stop you! LOL

Costs approximately £25-£40 depending on where you go. You do need to be over either 16 or 18 to get your lip pierced or you need a parent present to sign the forms of consent if you are under 16 or 18. Basically the minimum age at which you can have piercing is 16, but some piercers will not carry out some piercings on under 18's, that is why I have said you have to be either 16 or 18. Check with your local piercers for their age limits! As it varies from piercer to piercer!!

thirtyfive to seventy dollars by someone reputable, less in a mall of someone using a piercing gun, which I would definately not reccomend doing. Hand piercing dramatically reduces the risk of infection.

Oh, they'd have to pay me at least ten grand before I'd let anyone near any part of me with a piercing gun.
