Whenever a 3rd Party Presidential Candidate manages to get on 40+ state ballots...shouldn't this Candidate be included in all national televised debates?

Absolutely, the mainstream alphabet media should be ashamed of the way they exclude 3rd party candidates from participating in Presidential politics, especially considering the way they themselves pontificate about their own holy 1st amendment rights.

Yes. In previous elections, a number of parties (Green Party, Libertarian, Constitution, whatever party ticket Nader's on) have managed that level and not been included in debates. The national press coverage is biased toward the two major parties, making it very difficult for minor parties to get attention.
