coll 2 far 15 miles not many firends same a levles but i am already here would it be ok to change?

Why dont you stay where you are now? You may grow to love your school.. And hey, you can always make new friends and keep the old... The more friends the merrier ya?

Changing colleges this far into a course is fraught with problems.
The courses may differ considerably and the schemes of work will also be different.
You have virtually finished your first year it will be a shame to change now. Discuss your thoughts and concerns with your tutor, they are there to help!!!
Try making new friends where you are.
As your other friends are only 4 miles away, why not invite them to YOUR present college's activities and be proud of your college!!

Go to the college that will teach you to srite a question that makes sense, is not abbreviated and is properly punctuated.
