First remove cats head, then buy fish tank, place head in tank, get some heavy duty battery's and some fine copper cable, plug cables into cats nerve ends and connect to the battery's, cross your fingers and hope for the best, if the cats eyes light up get smaller battery's. (",)

Well you'd probably need a dialysis machine to circulate what little blood was left in it's head, you'd also need a respirator to oxygenate the blood too I would think, although I'm probably ignorant about that. I don't know what you could preserve it in though without causing irritation to it's eyes. But personally, if I were you I'd forget about it and get a little therapy. Unless you're pulling our legs. And my goodness I hope you are.

An empty tank, which should be big enough for the cat to run around. Of course you'll have to keep the head attached to the cat's body or you might kill it.

Why don't you do something useful with your mind and study science - that way you may even be clever enough to relieve an animal of any pain and discomfort before they die.
