Buy a good mobile with the facility - blue tooth or cable
Take the connection activate it
install the CD u have got with the blue tooth and proceed as told

Hi,
If you want to connect to internet then u must have the bluetooth enabled device like mobile, router etc...
Also your machine must be bluetooth enabled...If not then go for a bluetooth dongle which is very easy to install...
Then connect the network device to your machine...
Then go for the "New connection" & choose the "New Internet connection" and follow the further instructions...
If you stuck to any problem then you can get the help from your ISP ("Internet Service Provider")

eg :
buy a bluetooth enabled phone
( remember which can act as a modem eg" nokia nseries mobiles )
buy a bluetooth dongle or blue tooth device to put in computer
activate both device bluetooth ( device and phone)
subscribe for net via ur subscriber, then automatically net will work

get a gprs connection activated from ur gsm mobolie operator
and then talk to customer care for ur parrticular handsets settings
