i must know how to make a deck mostly filled with lvl 3 monsters and other cards that help them out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Easy, try Silent Swordsman Lv3, many equips, such as Ax of Despair and Buster Rancher. Also, use cards that can easily power up, like Myaku Gire Panda and for damage blocking, try Des Wombat. White Magicain Pikeru can boost your LP, and Ebon Magicain Curran can kill your opponent's life
