Sounds like a urinary tract infection. These can be caused from a lot of things, like not drinking enough water, etc, and some people are just more prone to getting them.
The only way to cure them is to get medicine from the doctor, so go there right away!

Soudns like an everyday yeast infection. They don't just occur on the inside. Get some cream at Wal Mart or the pharmacy. Vagisil has an entire line of feminine care products that work great. Just pick the one that fits your symptoms.
Good luck, hope you feel better.

Could be a sweat rash or maybe thrush.Maybe it's from exercising and wearing lycra or something that does'nt let your skin breathe.Wear cotton and apply some anti-fungal cream for 2-3 days.Hope this helps.

are you using a new soap... some fragrances in soap irritate the delicate skin. please wash by hand your undergarments with a mild soap and no softener in a few days you should be ok if not make an appointment with your doctor.
Personally, I would take a bath with baking soda to stop the redness..worked every time for me and try not to wear tight clothes for a few days.

Go to a gynecologist for help and stop using tissue to wipe because it might trigger the irritation.
