Many women, stars or not, ever served their country but that doesn't mean they're not entitled to an opinion. If the stars had parents who never worked, how did their kids get raised with a silver spoon in their mouths? Many stars make huge contributions and give back to their country, they just don't brag about it. Your position is weak and makes too many assumptions.

I don't give them any more weight than I do some of the stupid answers you can find here. Most of them do not have a clue what an average american thinks is important. Most of the very rich do not have a clue, same as the very poor.

I give as much credance to what they think as I do any other American
We all have the right, as Americans, to voice our opinion.
I really don't care what Arnold or Fred Thompson have to say either, but as Americans' they have the right to voice their opinions

I could care less what entertainers think. They are not moral examples that we should hold up and look at with awe, they are narrow minded press hounds who are just stating what they "believe" for some cheap press.

Your opinion means nothing to me, an average american, it still doesn't mean that you shouldn't be allowed to voice it

since they live in la la land and I have yet to listen to one with a brain, they really should not use their star status to weigh in on political matters!

The hollyweird people don't speak for me...trump is a snake oil salesman...shrewd businessman but hardly someone to emulate.

Free speech. Let them talk. Let people see what/whom they represent. Hate speech won't give people the "warm fuzzies."
PS--Their opinion means NOTHING to me.

They are Americans same as you and me. They have a right to have their voices be heard too. I care more about what the "stars" think about politics than the likes of Bill O'Reilly or Sean Hannity.
