I wear panties under hose because it's more comfortable. Also, I've found that sometimes the pantyhose fall down a little in the crotch and that would just feel weird without panties on.

Under of course. Because panty is meant to protect and cover your private area. Pantyhose is for your legs......same as wearing a pair of pants over your panties.

I wear my panties under my pantyhose, but some people don't wear any pantys with their pantyhose, I think so there won't be any panty lines.

Under , if you don't you would be itching . Panties is the first thing you put on then anything after that . Weird question !

woman have something like discharge so tha underware protects this from getting on clothes or pantyhose

you wear the panty hose over your underwear...your underwear is for you "parts" and the panty hose are for your legs...it keeps them a little warm...and it goes with dress clothes..and their not as thick as socks
