No such thing as a " Ferret Badger " so I guess ye just dropped a comma.
Ferret? Wouldn't have a cellophane rat in hells chance against either of the others.
Sea Otter (Why Sea, specifically?) Sea Otter vs Badger? I'd have to go with the badger. Differant type of biter and has masses of meat under a very tough skin. He'd better be able to soak up what the otter was capable of giving, while inflicting worse in return, bite for bite.
In a nutshell, he'd chop the otter up long before the otter managed to rip him to pieces. But the otter could certainly give an account of himself, 'mind. Forget 'Ring of Bright Water'. Those kiddies know how to look after themselves!
Now, ye want some real Fantasy Contest? Badger Vs Wolverine! *That* would be a crowd pleaser!

Otters rarely fight, but when they do, they are fierce, fast, and powerful. They would easily wipe out a ferret, and would probably do nicely against a badger.
Now, if you are going to invent new animals like a 'ferret badger', then all bets are off!

The badger is the biggest and strongest of the 3 it has
formidable claws and a strong bite.for me theres only
