it was a bit disturbing wasnt it! No, he didnt have to sleep with her - he just had to beg Josh to let them both go, which he did in the end. They ended up in the hospital, Effy was going to be fine and Tony and Sid made up

No he did not end up sleeping with his sister!! He begged and begged and finally he was left to go. He took his sister to the hospital and it turned out that she wasn't drugged afterall!! She had just drank to much!!

He didn't sleep with her, but took her to hospital. She had took heroin I think but was going to be ok.
