Of course not. Metrsosexuality pertains more to people who are sensitive, pamper themselves without worrying if something is considered as feminine, for example getting a facial, or wearing daring colors etc. This does not have anything to do with a person's sexual orientation.

No, being metrosexual is really a style that you see in someone's appearance. It's taking care to be stylish a notch above every one else.
Being gay means limiting you life to hooking up without any chance of making a child together or really doing anything other than masturbating each other.
Metrosexual is not that.

Not at all, but it's likely the guy will be seen as gay by certain people, especially if he's overly manicured. Not everyone is open to the new "metrosexual" style.

I'm bisexual and I could never be a metro-sexual guy. If a girl or guy ever wanted that I would never be able to provide that. I imagine some metro-sexual guys are taken as gay at times. It all depends. I could never sport the pirate shirt. Sorry.

No, it's nothing more than some guy who has bought into the marketing schemes of the cosmetics companies. It has little or nothing to do with his sexual orientation.
