Since the wife of a president is referred to as the First Lady, and according to a site I saw a couple of weeks ago, Bill Clinton would be referred to as the First Gentlemen.

However He would also still be referred to as Former President Clinton, with all the honors and frills that go along with that title.

This country has had 230 years to think of a name for the husband of a woman President. Nobody bothered. Who would have thought a woman would ever have a shot at the White House. The sex jokes are really old. Isn't it time to pick on Newt Gingrich now? Not only did Newt screw around on his wife with cancer but he went after Clinton while he was doing the same thing.

Not the First Gentleman, of course, because he is not a gentleman. I think the best thing to call him, if, God forbid, such a thing (what you have mentioned) happens, is the First Lady-Boy. And I apologies to lady-boys in Thailand for compairing them with Penis Clinton.

A former president is always referred to as "Mr. President". I think the title would be "First Gentleman" though.
