I am now 25 weeks for my pregnancy and just at this period, I feel alittle depress. Everything is borringgg, cannot do anything like before because I am starting to be slow. I am counting the day for my due.

dont worry, be happy!
u need some change, visit friends, go out to some nice calm place, read some books.

Pl don't get depressed coz u will be passing these negative emotions to ur baby in the womb . U cld try some simple breathing exercises attend classes for mothers to be .Or u cld knit socks caps , read up on being a mother. Pl develop positive attitude

Don't worry too much.take a deep breath , watch child plays , have a sweet pictures of children everywhere in room, think only about your baby ,go for fresh air in morning & evening ,eat whatever you like , have stock of everything like choclate ,chips. Do remember to take rest atleast 2 hours in a day your baby needs.

ive had clinical reactive depression and your not depressed. you fed up. which is understandable. but remember you are doin one of the most wonderful things anyone can do, bringing a little person into the world and unfortunately these are the things that are part and parcel of pregnancy and you would have known that. just keep your chin up, your over halfway there!

You could try ordering some shows like "Birth Story" or "A Baby's Story" to kind of motivate you. It always touched me so deeply to see a child born, especially knowing my time was coming soon. Best of Luck. BTW, you can always talk to your doctor about this.

do some aquaexcercises, done in the pool. this is perfect for pregnant mothers, it aint that strenuous.
