I received a text message and tried to open it but it keeps saying 'operation failed, try again'. Now the messages are in inbox and I cant open the inbox as I get the same error message. The only way I can read a text message is when it first comes through and i open it straight away. I cant access anything in the inbox and get kicked out. I have tried to delete it but it wont let me. Any ideas?

go to the cellphone shop n get ur software upgraded.

I've just talked to my partner about this, as he has the same phone, and he says that this problem occurs because your phone may need a firmware update. If you go to the Nokia website, it will give you all the details, along with step-by-step instructions of how to do the upgrade.
