break objects when you fall,
(one of which is something you really like),
which make a big series of noises,
hold your wrist with your other hand,
tear-up, look hurt, say you don't know what happened.

can I just say that I sprained my wrist a few days ago and it is really painful and I play a lot of sports and I can't now so don't even try it

Spraining your wrist is not that hard to do if you don't set your mind on it. Why do you want to do this? If you have a test at school that you don't want to do, there are ways to help with this. Going to a counsellor and receiving help with this is an important way to get help.
