am playing vice city stories on ps2 but red balloon number 93 isnt where it should be. stuck!!?

You could have gotten it by accident or without noticing, like the mission where you shoot at the building with the hunter helicopter. If you didn't already know, you can hold a button while on the map to bring up a menu, where you have the map show all the balloons you've gotten. That's on the PSP version, I don't know about the ps2 version, you'll have to look in the manual.

Which map or walkthrough are you using?

I used the handy feature Lt. Dan suggested (holding X and scrolling to red balloons) and compared with the map here:

And was able to get that last pesky balloon.
