idk any sites. but i am one of the lucky ones, i don't crave grilled or greasey foods. Try to stay away from fast food and eat at a family resturant instead, but don't order the cheese burger and fries, order the smothered chicken brest with mashed potatos and grave (srry if i mad you hungrey) :) order the good stuff, and if you need a snack eat and apple or orange instead of a candy bar, or candy! you know whats really good, peaches lol try doing that. i hope this helps you! good luck and God Bless

just eat healthy foods and stay away from the junk food, dieting during pregnancy is not a good idea, instead of a cheeseburger eat veggies and other healthy foods try to stay active they have exercise classes for pregnant women and it is suppose to help ease birthing also.
