hi! i think of it extremely is widespread which you're already going to the wellbeing practitioner, when you consider which you're I won't propose you do! lol besides, i replaced into quite in basic terms discussing depo with my sister who's a nurse. She advised me that, frequently, as quickly as you get off depo it could take everywhere from 3 months to one 3 hundred and sixty 5 days on your physique to regulate. of direction, each and every person is distinctive and because you had no worry conceiving before in basic terms perhaps it will be much less time than the norm. wish issues paintings out for you!

im still waiting to get a period back, and i've been off of it for 16 months. the only periods i've had, have been drug induced. Not to say that's how everyone is, but don't be alarmed. My doctor told me this is still considered normal, and depends on how long you were on the depo. I was on it for 3 years about.

It could take a while.......took us almost 2 yrs to conceive after discontinuing Depo. I used ovulation test kits after period started again, because I have a schedule that is too screwed up for basal temps.

Took me a year on depo to stop mine. Have you talked to your dr? That would be my first start.

unfortunately coming off depo it can take 1-2 yrs for your body to get rid of it and to start its cycle again, depending on how long you were on it. theres really nothing you can do to rush it.
