You can go to start-run. Type "regedit" (without the quotes) then go to the following key.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER ->Software->Microsoft->Internet Explorer->Main

Once the "Main" folder is highlighted, look for "Window Title" then right click on it and select "modify". Where you see "Value Data" you can now remove "Hacked by IIC Team". Hope this helps.
