Social = apart from celebs, drug addicts aren't popular

Cultural = think of a culture and it probably has issues stereotypically attached to it. For example, many people who aren't Aussie think we drink way too much. Is it true, for some people yes, but not everyone. But people associate it with our culture.

Ethical = what do we do with a hopeless druggie? Do we treat them or leave them alone to die miserably? Do we treat them even if they don't want to be treated?

Economic = Well, treating drug addicts costs somebody...and it is letting money slip into the underground network when someone buys drugs.

The answer would be too long and involved here. Why don't you do a little research and look it up.
