hey i was wondering if anyone can tell me wat the program is called when ur on a network and the main computer can see and control wats happening on a different computer in the netowrk?

You can do that if you use your computer as a server, or hack their computers....

in side a network you would use either remote desk top or some type of vnc connection such as ultimate vnc , however keep in mind that doing this requires the consent of the user your trying to view , even if you are the network admin , you must have a signed consent form to do this , because of privacy rights , most companies , have new employees sign a wavier when they are hired , not having this , can lead you to a major major lawsuit , even though the company owns the network and computers , employees have the right to "reasonable " privacy

u only can do this by making a remote control for their desktops
