for me .. makin friends doesnt take long. i am a friendly person and i love makin friends and communicating with alot off different pple from around the world. but makin a best friend or a very close friend that u trust and always be there for u.... there is no answer for that coz everyone is different... i hv trust issues to share my secrets with anyone.. it took me 2 and half years to trust my bestfriend completely. u might trust pple striaght away or u might take longer. soo i dont think there is a right or wrong answer for this... =)

what you are saying is a completely false misconception you are breeding ... it totally depends on you ... and how much you socialize and the way you interact with people ... you need to leave the computer alone for a while n get out there in the real world to make friends !

all depends. I am in Europe for 4months now, and have only a few good friends. go to pubs - social groups etc. you new....has time passes..you will learn the "tricks of the trade" of the country. be more confident. and friends will follow.
