They have scouts who go and watch local teams quite often.

Each team has scouts working for them who go out to junior clubs around the country. But some clubs have junior academys so it would probably be worth contacting them too.

They probably have "open" tryouts once a year, maybe the info. on when that is is on their website.

That is what teams in the US do.
