i wonder if UK has any department which links all the forest preserves and arboretums etc...usually they know the method and the route for sending the seeds. usually the recieving country has the problem not the senders unless they are some kind of GM seeds, then and sender nation might have the problems too.

if your sending your own seeds it would be different,the doctor will have to help you there
and if its seeds to do with planting,hell no just grow them here itself you will need it to help you out in your global warmin.
india has enough of seeds there they don't want your seeds from here you may end up sending them a whole load of jungly weed,no we don't want you to do us any damage.
