Here's what you can find online:

"White vs. Brown (Bread):

Brown (or whole wheat) bread is touted as the healthy choice. Does it deserve its acclaim? You be the judge. The following table compares the nutritional content of a one ounce slice of white bread versus wheat bread.

In our opinion, the meaningful differences lie in the levels of sodium and dietary fiber. The dietary fiber slows digestion down so that the starches convert to blood sugar more slowly. The higher glycemic content of white bread can be mitigated by adding slower-to-digest foods to your meal. Incidentally, unbleached white flour is better for you than bleached. (All of our breads are made with unbleached flour.)

Both white and wheat breads are healthy additions to most diets when eaten in moderation."

Although some brown doesn't make bread whole wheat. Go To: http://www.healthcastle.com/brownbread-wholegrain.shtml

Brown Bread because if you chose White Bread usually White Bread added some chemicals (Or Not Natural Ingredients) to it although it's more yummy =P

Brown Bread is usually made from Wheat without Chemicals Natural Ingredients That is why Brown Bread should be the choice.

Depends what you're eating, mostly I'd have brown bread, but if I was having toast I would have white bread because I find that brown bread doesn't make very good toast - it breaks and is really hard to spread!!

I always eat "brown" bread - whole grain wheat. White bread is made from flour thats had a lot of the natural stuff bleached out of it. Then they add crap back in to try and artificially make it more nutritious. Whole grain bread is one of the things that's good for you that actually does taste better
