Yep. They didn't develop this technology overnight. Abandoning Iran was perhaps the worst mistake the US could have made. And Regan's plan to let Iran and Iraq destroy each other didn't work as well as we hoped it would.

Sure, and why not? The USA and Russia have terrorized the world for decades. Only when a nation gets nukes does it get some respect from the powerful. Sooner the better.
