a young swiss artist by the name of leopold rabus uses lipstick and nail varnish (amongst other things) for his works

sounds silly, but boy george uses makeup to decorate his face in the most bizarre and artistic way. he even draws on a chisseled jaw line to hide his aging jowels! also, steve strange did crazy things with make up...

theyt actually paint someone elses face on top of their own, that's very difficult top do!!

i am an artist but dont know how well face makeup would last on canvas or paper, it's not a strong enough pigment.

Only me, and I did it because I ran out of paint. I actually liked the results. Why are you asking? Are you trying to find a specific artist or are you thinking of doing it yourself? Give it a try..

I have heard of artists using nail polish on canvas or ceramics but I dont know any names sorry
