This would be a stranger on the street that you know nothing about.
for me it would have to be wild or mean looking eyes

Yep I'm with you on the eyes.... I once saw this guy who had "party" contacts.. they were black and red swirl pattern, you know the one that makes you dizzy when it spins. It was a bit scary.

Ehm. That's a good one. I'm not easily scared. I agree with you: It would have to be something about their eyes. Not even a mean look as such, but the kind of faraway look that spells "I have been boozing and doing drugs". God knows anything could happen if you rub an intoxicated person the wrong way.

Nothing about a person's appearance scares me. That is just an outer shell. A person should not be measured on their outer appearance,but by their actions and words.

For me it's a piercing through the eye brows.
It's not a prejudice thing, dont get me wrong, I keep thinking how much it must have hurt poking something thru your eye brow!! Scares me

THe appearance doesn't affect me. I'm sure I'm scary looking in the morning. It's when they stare at me that scares me. My hubby says it's becasue I'm beautiful, but I think he's wrong...it creaps me out when guys stare. How they look means nothing.

I do not get scared often but I think you are right. When a person has crazy eyes, you can actually read their mind and look right into them .
