While I have no problem with you soliciting stories from mothers, I do have a problem with your lack of professionalism in the presentation of your question. If you're a true writer working on a book, your question should be immaculate, free of errors in spelling, grammar and capitalization.

You might check online groups for mothers in order to garner stories - you weren't very specific in what type of stories you are gathering.

Good luck - you're seriously going to need it.

What on earth qualifies you to put together an anthology of other people's work? Your spelling is terrible. You obviously have trouble constructing complete sentences. You have not stated whether or not you intend to pay authors, or even how you intend to publish the book.

For all writers, when considering potential "publisher" you should ask the following:

1. How much am I going to get paid. You should NEVER work for free. A writer should always be paid for their work. "exposure" means nothing, particularly when the exposure is the sort indicated by the quality of the question.
2. What rights is the publisher requesting? Protect your copyright. Unless you are performing work-for-hire, insure that you keep your copyright. Otherwise you could end up having to pay an unscrupulous publisher later for the right to reprint your own work.
3. How will the publication be produced? Does the potential publisher seem to "have his act together?" Do they have other books that you can look at to see the quality? Do you feel that the finished product is something you will want your name associated with?
