I think it would dfinately depend on your reasons for refusing. If you have a valid reason then I suppose they couldnt stop your benefit, but, on the other hand...they are a rule unto themselves

You would have to have a good reason - for example, if it involves working shifts, you might not be able to arrange suitable childcare.
If you just don't fancy doing it, I would say that amounts to laziness. Why not take the job then continue looking for something more appealling while you are earning a wage? There are probably more people in the world who dislike their job than who like it but they continue to work while looking for an alternative until they are offered something better.

As long as there's a genuine reason.
I used to go for interviews in shops, offices and garages. I ended quite a few early and left because I would have had to work on a Sunday, which was against my religious beliefs. My benefits never suffered.
I work on Sundays now but since I'm a carer and am helping people directly and am essential for their health and wellbeing, it's permissable.

With good reason yes ... you cannot be forced to take an unsuitable job ...YET!!!
I'm baffled as to how you got offered a job that you don't want.
You should not have to take any job that you do not want to... if this is because you have been forced to attend an interview ... then next time make sure you fail it ..
not that hard is it ..?

Not necessarily, it depends on why you are refusing it. If you fits all the things you put in your jobseekers agreement then if you refuse it you may lose your benefits.
