-I have really never had to study much for tests, but now I have a really intensive biology class which I'm only doing OK in. I think it's mainly because I have trouble studying- I'm not sure how! Suggestions? Thanks.

At night when you go to bed,lay there and study for about 45 minutes...long enough to get sleepy...( Long term memory ) and first thing in morning ( Set your clock to get up early if you have to ) before you get out of bed study for about 45 minutes...( Short term memory ) Do all this as many days as you can before test...It should work...

Studying for test is not something you have to do when you are about to write one, what you can do is read every chapter after you have covered it.Make sure you understand and ask your tutor when you see the need to.Always note your problem areas and make your own short notes that you understand, give examples about something that amuse you best. When the test comes revisit your short notes, use your past exam papers and dwel more on your problem area.Studying can be boring and your concentration is easily lost so give your self some little time to refresh and get yourself together.Remember the environment you study in matters.
