If the phone line is in your name, yeah, you should be able to ask the phone company to do so...provided you can provide sufficient identifying information to prove that it's really you. But why? I mean, the only two reasons I can think of for why anyone would want any prisoners calling them is if the prisoner in question is either a relative or a (potential) significant other, and if they're blocked anyways, it's probably for a very good reason.

Why would you want that? Who is doing the blocking? Your parents?
