I know that 'decimal' itself refers to divisions of 10, but what about all the rest?

These are all decimal.
decimal means using base 10

There are very few decimal currencies in the world. I believe Sudan uses one. What we call a decimal currency in the UK is actually Centimal - because there are 100 pence to the pound, not ten!

yes..there are cents, centavos etc
