it is an emotional responce to chems (pheromone is any chemical or set of chemicals produced by a living organism that transmits a message to other members of the same species. There are alarm pheromones, food trail pheromones, sex pheromones, and many others that affect behavior or physiology. Their use among insects has been particularly well documented, although many vertebrates and plants also communicate using pheromones.) this is why.. it is nothing more than a chemical reaction that produce an emotional responce

It's all about hormones.
Love of our own (and I refer to all animals that care for their young, not just humans) children is from the evolutionary past. Those creatures that didn't love their children let them die & thus didn't pass on those genes.
Love, as related to sex, is what produced the children in the first place. It didn't start with humans.

We all are parts & parcels of GOD. So we have parts of the qualities & characteristics of his. One of this is love. God loves each & every thing / being he created. We have a part of this quality of God as we too do love sme of the things & beings he created.
