Most of the Scandinavian countries are very 'green' in their policies of building new houses, conserving energy etc.
Sweden and Denmark in particular.

One would have to believe in global warming to be aware of it.

Not everyone believes in global warming, as far as I am concerned the jury is still out.

Just about 30 years ago scientists were warning us about global cooling, I wish they could make up their minds. Global Cooling was covered by Times, and Newsweek; just like global warming is now.

these global weather patterns are the equivenlent of sunspot actuivity observed on the sun prior to its poles shifting [every 11 years] v [every 111,ooo years or so]

Kiribati and the other low lying Pacific Islands, Bangladesh with its exposed coast being inundated would probably out guess the answer you have planned. Think about it!
