Its major surgery I doubt it. If your married then your husband can have sterilization done in the doctors office. That is much cheaper and a better solution If he wont then he is kinda a jerk.

No, but why you are panicked. It is very safe & pleasent too. I have my personal experiance. If you are not satisfied than ask your doc to administer Spinal Anaesthesia.

you can have a partial epidural which does not numb half your body,only the area the doctor is working,wide awke.wears off quickly

unfortunately you will be put completely under for a tubal ligation, theres just no way around that.
