What do you mean you have set forth a chain of events? Do you mean that you have done something, like for example, cheated on your partner which you are about to get caught for? If that is the sort of thing you mean, all you can do is be honest and open about your feelings and move on from here no matter what the outcome is.

If you do feel overwhelmed and that you have made a mess of your life, try to stop panicking and think about what you consider yourself to have failed at. Make a list of things that you want to change, i.e. get a better job, get a decent home, pay off your debts or whatever it is that is causing you distress. Look at each issue individually and try to make a realistic plan to sort it out - if you don't know how to, approach agencies like the Citizen's Advice Bureaux. If you feel that your nerves are shot or that you are struggling with depression, perhaps you might consider discussing with your GP. All the best to you.

Start at once to correct the problems you have caused and own up to the mess. Let everyone know who will be affected and tell them how you plan to make it right ! I know this will not be easy but if you truly want a new path this is the only way to achieve it. As soon as you start things will become easier and you may even find some people willing to help you ! Best of luck and don't forget this will take guts be brave !

What are the events? How can anybody help you if they have no idea what you're talking about? Anyone who provides advice is doing so blindly and is not worth listening to.

I'd love to help out any way I can, can you provide me with some details?

Nothing is without solution. Sit down and write down everything thats gone wrong lately and then think about how you could have done them differently. Think rationally, some things just happen and its just the way it is. Think about how not to do things in future. Remember there is always a solution.

There's no miracle making them just disappear. You need to try in record time with practical or workable ways to solve problems or undo what's been done, by order of urgency or importance. If necessary get help & advice.

You need to have self control and discipline. Recognize bad decisions and restrain yourself from following thru with them. It's challenging, but not impossible. You can also move away from the people you associate with that could have a negative impact on your life.
