wear a baggy shirt, lift the shirt like a parachute and the money will just fly right in :)

If its a game of some sort think most will have you wearing a jumpsuit so you can't use anything to trap the money so best thing is stand as close to the side as you can so when it blows into you it sticks awhile before breaking lose and gives you time to grab it

Keep your shirt open (like the first poster said)
or if wearing a suit just lean frontwards against a wall with an arm out to trap money.
