Oh yes in deed, on several occasions, when you work a Rota, that is constantly changed.
I have turned up for work when not on duty on more then one occassion, you feel so silly!
And ... far worse I think - I have been sitting enjoying a 2nd bottle of red wine, or in the hairdressers in the midst of a restyle, when I have had a phone call from work, asking if there was a problem and why was I not on duty - and I was supposed to be running the shift!!!

The worst I have done is turn up for an "open" shift at 5am when I was rostered for a "close" shift, which starts at 10pm. The worst thing is, you cant get back to sleep even though you know that at 10pm you have to go to work and not finish till 6am and you`re just gonna be exhausted!

I've never made that mistake. I am never so sleepy as to forget what day it is or what days I have off. I have heard some people say that and I wonder how groggy or what they're on to do that.
